As a new seller, you will have multiple types of selling packages/plans to choose from.

The easiest way to begin is to browse through our website and select an item that you would like to purchase. Each product listed has an “Add to cart” button on the right-hand side of the page. Click on this button and you will see your product being added to your Cart. After adding all required products to your cart, proceed to the checkout page. Confirm all your necessary details like name, email, delivery address and proceed to payment to confirm your order.

We accept payment in AUD only.

All our prices are EXCLUDING GST.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master, American Express, etc.) through a secure payment gateway PAYPAL.

Yes, anywhere in Australia within our courier range (almost 95% places covered).

The delivery charge can be calculated in the check-out process before placing the order. In the checkout page, after inputting your shipping address, the delivery charge will be calculated immediately as per your order quantity.

No, we only ship to addresses within Australia.

Your delivery time varies depending on your location. We anticipate that metro deliveries will take between 2-5 business days and regional deliveries will be between 7-10 business days from dispatch. Orders placed before 2pm ACDT will be dispatched the next business day. Once orders are dispatched, regular courier delivery times apply - however, you will be able to track your delivery online during the entire shipment.

Great care is taken in packing your orders, however if you have any damages in transit then contact us immediately and we will be happy to replace or refund your account with prior arrangement.

Yes, you are able to send an item to an address other than your billing address. To do this, simply enter the address you wish to have the item delivered to in the “Shipping Address” field during checkout. The invoice for your purchase will be emailed directly to the email address on your account.

Once your items have been dispatched, you will receive an email from us with your tracking details. If you have any queries regarding your delivery, please contact us at [email protected].

Your order will be sent via courier, a receipted delivery service within Australia. A Courier driver will attempt delivery of your item and if there is no one at home, they will leave a note so you can contact them to collect your delivery or reschedule delivery. (If ‘Authority to Leave’ has been granted, delivery will be left at the nominated place.) Note: You can always track your order and see what the estimated date and time of arrival is for your order. All orders are delivered in business hours between 9am – 5pm.

If you have not received your order within the ‘Estimated Time of Arrival’ (ETA) as stated by the courier company, please email us at [email protected].

If you have our product catalogue or pricelist on hand, you can always search by Product Code – just enter the product code into the search bar and the product you’re looking for will show up. If you are unsure of the product code, you can search using tags. Eg: ‘box’ for searching sugarcane products.

You receive confirmation of your order via email once your order is placed and your Tax Invoice will be emailed to you once your order is processed with a hard copy attached to your shipment.

Yes, we do – when you buy 5 or more cartons to be delivered to Sydney/ Canberra/ Melbourne/ Adelaide/ Brisbane metro areas. For non-metro areas, please enter your address and if you are eligible, a discount is calculated at checkout.

Yes, you need to have an account to purchase from Packso. You can easily set up an account online and make your purchase using a credit card via PAYPAL.

No, you don't need to be a business to purchase from us. However, the minimum order is one full carton of product.
